Assent Unveils Extended Producer Responsibility Packaging Solution to Simplify Compliance with Expanding Packaging Laws

These include state-level EPR laws such as California's SB54, Oregon's SB582, Colorado's HB22-1355, and Minnesota's HF3911, as well as Canada's Federal Plastics Registry, which requires its first filings by September 29, 2025.
