HAWLEY, Pa. - PrAtlas -- BRING MY DAD HOME
Dear Friends
My name is Polo. I am a service dog living in Lakeville, PA. During the pandemic on January 28, 2020, I started a group on Facebook called "Polo at Work", a group with over 4500 people from around the world to help cheer up with my smile.
The reason why I am writing to you is to tell you about a fundraiser for my dad John P and hope that you would consider reading his story.
On 06/12/2021 John P., my human dad, suffered a massive stroke. He had to have a section of his skull removed due to swelling. He has also suffered mini strokes since.
Currently John P is at home being taken care of by my mom Lisa and is anxiously anticipating having his skull replaced in 3-4 weeks.
She had to shut down her grooming business temporarily, restrict her kennel duties to regulars only, and is taking on a lot.

We must prepare our house for when my dad comes home after surgery by widening doorways in his home, replace the shower in his bathroom, as well as other minor improvements to accommodate him in his condition.
Making my dad more comfortable is the objective when he comes home.
Gifts received will be used exclusively for these things and are currently doing a GoFundMe to assist. Here's the link; https://gofund.me/796a3da8 or you can search for Polo's Dad
We have other ways that you can donate as well via PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, etc.
If you wish to donate you can send your gift via PayPal - friends and family to: jonyboy44@aol.com
Or
You can snail mail your donation to:
