Real estate marketing expert Bent Danholm was featured in the Daily Mail, one of the UK's most prominent news outlets, for his insights on the growing appeal of Clermont, Florida.
CLERMONT, Fla. & ORLANDO, Fla. - PrAtlas -- Bent Danholm, a respected Central Florida real estate marketing expert and broker/owner with MAXIM Realty Orlando, was recently featured in an article published by the Daily Mail—one of the United Kingdom's largest and most widely read media platforms. The article, which focuses on population growth and shifting market dynamics in Clermont, Florida, highlights Danholm's expertise and local perspective.
The Daily Mail article, titled "Florida City Loses Its Small-Town Charm in Population Boom," explores how Clermont is evolving amid rapid development and demand. "It's cheaper than Winter Garden and Horizon West area, but it's still close to jobs in the Orlando area and the price range is a little bit lower," Danholm told Daily Mail.
According to Danholm, demand for housing in Clermont remains strong. Many of his listings feature four or more bedrooms, pools, and spacious yards—all at competitive prices compared to surrounding communities. He noted that inventory has grown steadily this year, with the number of homes on the market rising from 579 in January to 739 in June.
"Overall, the Clermont market is very well-balanced, slightly favoring the sellers," he added.
Danholm also highlighted that despite concerns about growth, the local sense of community remains intact. "I've seen more people wanting to buy there than wanting to move away," he said. "There's still quite a good sense of community."
In response to the recognition, Danholm shared:
"It's an honor to be featured in an international publication like the Daily Mail. I've spent nearly a decade helping families find homes in Central Florida, and I'm proud to contribute insight on what makes Clermont such a unique and in-demand market."
