Kaplan Morrell and Attorney Jacqui Condon Selected to Represent Professional Women's Soccer Players in Workers' Compensation Matters

DENVER - PrAtlas -- Kaplan Morrell and workers' compensation attorney Jacquline "Jacqui" D. Condon have been selected to join the Professional Women's Soccer League Player Association's Workers' Compensation panel, expanding the firm's work protecting the rights of professional athletes.

The Players Association sought female workers' compensation attorneys to represent its players as they navigate workplace injuries, medical care, benefits, and the workers' compensation process. Kaplan Morrell is honored to have been selected to serve in this role, with Condon representing players who need experienced legal guidance following an injury.

Condon has spent much of her legal career advocating for injured workers. After graduating from Hofstra Law School in 2008, she practiced workers' compensation law and served as a public defender in New York. She relocated to Colorado in 2014 and has continued to focus her practice on workers' compensation, representing injured employees statewide.

Her addition to the panel also strengthens Kaplan Morrell's established work representing professional athletes in workers' compensation matters. The firm has been actively involved in protecting athletes' access to medical care and workers' compensation benefits, including advocacy surrounding Colorado legislation and policies affecting professional athletes.

For Condon, the opportunity brings together her experience representing injured workers and the importance of providing female professional athletes with representation that understands the unique circumstances they may face following a workplace injury.
