TAMPA, Fla. - PrAtlas -- We are pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Weclew as a Managing Director.
A CPA by training, former public-company CFO, and co-founder and CEO of an acquisition-led platform, Steve brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience to STS. Having served as CFO, COO, and CEO, he combines financial discipline with operational expertise and a proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming businesses to create long-term enterprise value.
Steve has completed and integrated more than ten acquisitions representing over $140 million in value and successfully guided his own company through a private equity exit. His firsthand experience across acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financing, integration, and ultimately the sale process gives him a valuable perspective on both sides of a transaction. He understands how buyers evaluate businesses, what drives strategic value, and how to position a company for a successful sale.
