CARTHAGE, Mo. - PrAtlas -- Stratum Nutrition®, (a business of ESM Technologies), in conjunction with Blis Technologies, is pleased to announce the release of dairy-free BLIS K12® and BLIS M18® to Stratum Nutrition's ingredient science-backed portfolio. Stratum Nutrition is the North American distributor for Blis Technologies. The release of both allergen free ingredients is helpful to customers seeking to formulate dairy free, probiotic lines. Strains are available today to customers with appropriate equivalency data.

Blis Technologies has been the scientific leader in oral probiotics since 2002 and they continue to lead the way in oral probiotic supplements. When it comes to a healthy oral cavity, Streptococcus salivarius is the dominant organism present and several strains have been shown to produce favorable bacteriocin-like inhibitory substances (BLIS).
