Stans Sports Memorabilia of Caldwell New Jersey was raided by the FBI in 1999, with a plea 58 months later, Questions now are raised by Spartan Investigations.
In October of 1999 Stans Sports Memorabilia was subject to the execution of a search warrant by the FBI. The case was dubbed "Operation Bullpen" Stan Fitzgerald plead guilty to fraud 58 months later after the raid. Questions now are raised by Spartan Investigations as to the validity of the conviction.
Spartan Investigations recently reviewed FBI Operation Bullpen evidence on Stans Sports Memorabilia. The high-profile investigative firm reviewed polygraphs, bank records, attorney documents, exculpatory evidence and tape recordings from 23 years ago which strongly indicate Stan Fitzgerald was wrongfully convicted and he was a victim, not a co-conspirator, said Patrick Collis.

Stan Fitzgerald recently having taken on a role as executive producer in a forthcoming Frank X Panico documentary film titled "The Fall of Deceit". "First of all, I am not the kind of guy that will use the victim card, I would rather just have my actions and generosity speak for themselves. Up until Frank asked me to get involved with his film, I tended to not want to relieve that abuse I suffered from 23 years ago being it triggers my PTS to do, so but this project as it relates to the road our country is on is more important than my PTS," said Stan Fitzgerald.
