MG Facility Services, a Makwa Global company, will provide Multi-Phased Infrastructure Upgrades at the U.S. EPA's Mid-Continent Ecology Division in Duluth, Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS - PrAtlas -- MG Facility Services LLC, a SBA 8(a) certified Tribal Enterprise, announced today that it has been awarded the Multi-Phased Infrastructure Upgrades Contract for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Mid-Continent Ecology Division in Duluth, Minnesota beginning October 1, 2021 with a total contract value of $30 million.
Under this Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, MG Facility Services will be providing construction and upgrades to the laboratory for the Mid-Continent Ecology Division. The EPA Mid-Continent Ecology Division's existing main laboratory building is a 93,484 square foot, two story building that was originally constructed in 1967 with a lab addition constructed in 1982, and an administrative addition in 2001.
