Inspired by the 100th anniversary of Tucci family hospitality, this collection represents a defining moment in Max Tucci's creative journey—but it is not his first foray into chocolate. For nearly two decades, Tucci has collaborated with master chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt, the internationally celebrated craftsman renowned for his uncompromising standards and widely recognized for his work admired by tastemakers such as Martha Stewart and Oprah

Their partnership dates back to 2008, when Tucci launched Oscar's Delmonico Vodka in honor of his grandfather famed restaurateur, Oscar Tucci. *A nod to Marilyn Monroe, who would famously ask Oscar Tucci for "broiled grapefruit", a dish of understated glamour that became part of Delmonico's lore, with the recipe published in Max's cookbook The Delmonico Way!

Gypsy's Raspberry Rose — A romantic blend of raspberry and rose with a velvety ganache, and a lingering finish
*Inspired by Gypsy Rose Lee, whom Oscar Tucci invited to dine and perform—stirring up evenings that blurred the line between supper and spectacle. Her Delmonico's appearances were chronicled by famed columnist Cindy Adams, beginning in 1959, capturing the electricity of a room where society and showmanship met.
