Inspired by the 100th anniversary of Tucci family hospitality, this collection represents a defining moment in Max Tucci's creative journey—but it is not his first foray into chocolate. For nearly two decades, Tucci has collaborated with master chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt, the internationally celebrated craftsman renowned for his uncompromising standards and widely recognized for his work admired by tastemakers such as Martha Stewart and Oprah

Their partnership dates back to 2008, when Tucci launched Oscar's Delmonico Vodka in honor of his grandfather famed restaurateur, Oscar Tucci. To mark that debut, Knipschildt and Tucci created Oscar's Delmonico Vodka–infused truffle—a decadent confection that married fine spirits, fine chocolate, and legacy storytelling. "This collection is about honoring my ancestors, and their friendships with some extraordinary women who dined at the restaurant. It honors where we come from and shares it in a modern way," says Tucci. "A century of hospitality inspired this moment, and it's only the beginning."

The 16-piece, two-bite bonbon collection is both a visual jewel box and a culinary experience—each piece meticulously hand crafted and inspired by iconic women whose stories live at the legendary establishment. Marlene's Cherries Jubilee — A decadent cherry liqueur ganache bursting with ripe Bing cherry, wrapped in silky chocolate decadence
*Inspired by Marlene Dietrich, whose favored indulgence before filming Rancho Notorious was the legendary Cherries Jubilee—served tableside with theatrical flair at Delmonico's. Marilyn's Grapefruit Whisper — A bright, unexpected fusion of grapefruit and mint ganache, elegantly enrobed in white chocolate
*A nod to Marilyn Monroe, who would famously ask Oscar Tucci for "broiled grapefruit", a dish of understated glamour that became part of Delmonico's lore, with the recipe published in Max's cookbook The Delmonico Way!

Gypsy's Raspberry Rose — A romantic blend of raspberry and rose with a velvety ganache, and a lingering finish
*Inspired by Gypsy Rose Lee, whom Oscar Tucci invited to dine and perform—stirring up evenings that blurred the line between supper and spectacle. Her Delmonico's appearances were chronicled by famed columnist Cindy Adams, beginning in 1959, capturing the electricity of a room where society and showmanship met.

Each bonbon is hand-painted and hand-finished, in jewel-tones, and presented in an elegant box bearing the Max Tucci Luxury Chocolates seal—designed to be gifted, savored, and remembered.
