NC Kikos, owned and operated by Clinton Walker, focuses on breeding Kiko goats and advancing modern herd management practices for livestock producers. The documentary emphasizes the growing interest in goat farming and highlights the importance of small and mid-sized farms to the agricultural community of western North Carolina.
